We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities, including piling work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors and labor, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to project specifications and within set timelines. This role requires close monitoring of progress and regular communication with site leadership to maintain project momentum. A strong focus on quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards is essential to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct daily on-site activities, including piling operations.
- Manage and assign tasks to subcontractors and labor teams effectively.
- Monitor progress against project targets and provide timely updates to site leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with project drawings and technical specifications.
- Maintain high standards of quality and enforce HSE policies on-site.
- Oversee safety during construction activities and the handling of equipment.
- Prevent rework by obtaining Client/Engineer approvals through Inspection Requests (IRs).
- Facilitate timely approval of IRs to support Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) submissions.
- Control material and labor waste to minimize unnecessary rework and optimize resource use.
- Identify and report unsafe practices, contributing to a proactive safety culture.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in site supervision within the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs70,000.00.
