Fiora Hotel, a luxury resort located in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis. Key Responsibilities
The Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the hotel. This includes changing linens, restocking supplies, and managing laundry duties as needed. The role requires close coordination with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are prepared and maintained according to Fiora Hotel’s brand standards. Additionally, the Cleaner will report any maintenance issues promptly and adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols. Responding courteously to guest requests related to room cleanliness is also an essential part of the role, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to carry out thorough cleaning tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail. This includes maintaining high hygiene standards and identifying areas that require extra care or maintenance. Basic time management and organizational skills are necessary to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts. The Cleaner must follow safety, health, and hygiene procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations are essential. Basic communication skills are needed to interact professionally with guests and collaborate effectively with housekeeping and front-office teams. Physical stamina is important, as the role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies and equipment throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
