Client Acquisition Specialist

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join its team. Since its inception in 2012, Zameen.com has connected buyers and sellers both within Pakistan and internationally, backed by significant investments totaling $29 million from angel investors and venture capital firms. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by understanding client needs, providing tailored demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. You will serve as the face of the company, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements to recommend suitable property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations and conduct site visits to showcase property units effectively.
- Follow up with clients regularly to stay updated on any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of deals while representing Zameen.com professionally and courteously.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A strong passion for sales, with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with enthusiasm and potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
