As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process to successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to enhance client experience.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the company’s representative, ensuring each client interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with Zameen.com’s commitment to excellent customer service.
- Work proactively to close deals efficiently while maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications

- A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong passion for sales, with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; however, fresh graduates with a keen interest in real estate and sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
