Client Advisor & Student Counselor (Male) Required – RS Consultant

RS Consultant is seeking a confident and experienced Client Advisor & Student Counselor (Male) to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset, with a thorough understanding of student counseling and advisory processes. This role involves engaging directly with clients to address their queries, guiding students through available educational programs, and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience. The position offers a competitive monthly salary package ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000, depending on experience, and is based at the Main Bahadurabad location near Tooso Restaurant on Tariq Road. This is an in-person role requiring dedication to maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle client queries and build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Counsel and guide students on various program options and educational pathways.
- Understand client needs thoroughly and provide accurate, timely information.
- Follow up consistently with clients and maintain detailed communication records.
- Address client concerns and complaints with a calm, problem-solving approach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Maintain accurate client files and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Advisor, Student Counselor, or in a similar advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of client relationship management and effective client dealing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convincingly present information and counsel clients.
- Ability to handle client concerns professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
- Well-organized with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Salary and Location:
The salary for this position ranges from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, based on experience. The work location is in-person at Main Bahadurabad, near Tooso Restaurant, Tariq Road.
