Client Content Delivery & Social Media Manager

HG Marketing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Lahore, located in Gulberg III near Liberty Market. This full-time, on-site position operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience. At HG Marketing Ltd, we specialize in helping businesses expand their audience by transforming podcasts into valuable content assets. We produce high-quality audio and video content, providing editing services that enable clients to repurpose their material across multiple platforms. Our mission is to position our clients as thought leaders within their industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars specifically for client podcasts to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing, oversee the editing process, and ensure all client instructions and quality standards are met.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards.
- Design or supervise the creation of engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content for quality assurance and client compliance, managing revisions and feedback as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and keeping them informed about project progress and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to ensure the delivery of polished, high-quality podcast content.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and the use of analytics to measure performance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and content management.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a similar role within content marketing or podcast production is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with major podcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is considered a plus.
