Client Content Manager

HG Marketing, a Lahore-based podcast agency specializing in B2B podcasting for marketers and entrepreneurs, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Content Manager. This full-time, on-site position is located in Gulberg III, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end execution of podcasts for multiple clients, ensuring all audio, video, and written assets meet quality standards and are published accurately across various platforms. The position emphasizes systems, quality assurance, and operational management rather than creative editing. Salary ranges from PKR 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance & Review: Conduct comprehensive quality checks on podcast episodes, including videos, audio files, show notes, articles, clips, and thumbnails using detailed checklists. Identify errors, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and brand mismatches to ensure all deliverables meet both internal and client-specific standards.

- Publishing & Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and publishing of podcast episodes on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Optimize and upload metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails. Maintain content calendars for podcasts and related clips to ensure timely releases.

- Client & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing clear and professional communication regarding updates, timelines, feedback, and approvals. Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams—including editors, writers, and designers—and clients.

- Workflow & Operations Management: Oversee multiple client workflows simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Track the progress of assets from raw files through editing, quality assurance, publishing, and final delivery. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

- Documentation & Process: Adhere to and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checklists, and workflow systems. Maintain organized records of published episodes, revisions, and client approvals.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in podcast management, content operations, or media quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to detect errors that others might overlook.
- Practical knowledge of podcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and hosting services.
- Experience managing multiple clients and fast-paced workflows effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working within structured processes, checklists, and strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
