Client Content Manager

HG Marketing, a UK-based service provider with an office in Lahore, specializes in podcast post-production and marketing. We assist businesses and creators in growing their podcasts through strategic marketing, content development, audience engagement, B2B podcasting, and lead generation. Our mission is to build scalable systems, produce high-quality content, and help clients amplify their reach, establish authority, and generate leads through effective podcasting and content marketing.

As a Client Content Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of client podcast content, from production coordination to publishing and delivery. This role requires close collaboration with video editors, content creators, and clients to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and our quality standards. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain content calendars, and ensure timely, accurate publishing across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts.
- Manage content workflow from raw file submission through editing, review, revisions, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with video editors and content creators to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct thorough content quality assurance (QA) checks and coordinate revisions as needed.
- Review edited content to ensure compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
- Schedule and publish podcast episodes and social media content on relevant platforms.
- Ensure content is published accurately and on time according to the approved content calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, responding to requests, and facilitating smooth communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to content, scheduling, quality, or workflow.
- Manage multiple clients and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to an efficient content management system.

- Experience with social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
- Ability to analyze content performance through analytics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
- Experience coordinating with video editors and content creators is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in social media management, content management, podcast management, or a similar role is highly valued.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment is advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Salary Range: 70,000 to 85,000 PKR (based on experience)
