Client Content & QA Manger

HG Marketing Ltd, based in Lahore’s Gulberg III area near Liberty Market, is seeking a dedicated full-time Podcast Content Coordinator to join our on-site team. Working Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 85,000, depending on experience. Our company specializes in helping businesses expand their audience by transforming podcasts into valuable content assets through high-quality audio and video production and editing services. We aim to position our clients as industry thought leaders by delivering exceptional content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain detailed content calendars for client podcasts to ensure timely delivery and consistent output.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing, oversee the editing process, and ensure all client instructions and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards and accuracy.
- Design or supervise the creation of engaging thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content to ensure it meets client expectations and industry quality benchmarks, managing revisions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and keeping them informed about project progress and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to deliver polished, high-quality podcast content that aligns with client goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for client communication and content review.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
