Client Content Scheduling Manager

Located in Lahore’s Gulberg III near Liberty Market, this full-time, on-site position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a growing marketing company specializing in podcast content creation and distribution. The role involves managing client podcast projects from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality output that helps clients establish themselves as industry thought leaders. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 85,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts to ensure timely delivery.
- Submit raw audio and video files for editing and oversee the editing process to guarantee compliance with client instructions and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all client-delivered assets to maintain high standards.
- Design or supervise the creation of episode thumbnails and manage social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
- Review edited content for quality assurance and client requirements, managing revisions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Collaborate closely with editors and content creators to deliver polished, engaging podcast content.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Analytical aptitude with a solid understanding of industry quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
