We Are Hiring | Client Development Executive

About the Role Propstar Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through strategic prospecting and market research.

This role requires excellent communication, research, and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients through various online platforms and prospecting tools
  • Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through calls and other communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the client development process
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating high-quality leads
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless lead handovers
  • Monitor client development performance and recommend process improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly client development targets
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in client development, lead generation, business development, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet performance targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales, or Outbound Sales environments
  • Knowledge of client development techniques and prospecting strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools
  • Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition processes

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Friday
