Allmire, a Lahore-based company, is looking to expand its sales team by hiring confident, energetic, and professional individuals for a full-time, onsite role. The successful candidate will engage with independent pharmacies across the United States, introducing Allmire’s innovative pharmacy communication solutions. This position focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, building rapport, and scheduling product demonstrations rather than aggressive selling. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with pharmacy owners and decision-makers to generate genuine interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to independent pharmacies throughout the United States.
- Engage directly with pharmacy owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Clearly and professionally present Allmire’s pharmacy communication solutions.
- Generate interest and schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.
- Address initial questions and objections professionally and confidently.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Prioritize starting conversations and booking qualified demos over hard selling.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with U.S.-based businesses.
- Professional, energetic, and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to conduct natural, conversational interactions rather than relying on a script.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
- Availability to work onsite in Lahore.
