Key Responsibilities
- Understand and accurately assess clients' property requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations of relevant property units to prospective clients.
- Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to properties, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the offerings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the company’s representative, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Drive the timely closure of deals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; however, fresh graduates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
