Client Operations & Delivery Manager

YourPower Labs is a UK-based company specializing in solar roof-analysis operations. Our team works meticulously to hand-validate roof segments and solar panel layouts using a custom tool, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of finished artwork. We are seeking an Operations & Delivery Manager to oversee the entire delivery process, act as the primary client liaison, lead the annotation team, maintain quality standards, and ensure all projects are completed on schedule. This role requires an exceptional communicator who thrives in managing requirements and delivering results on time.

Key Responsibilities

Own the client relationship: Serve as the main point of contact from project kickoff to delivery. Manage client communications through calls and written updates, gather and clarify requirements and postcode datasets, define project scope, and set clear expectations.

Plan and track delivery: Break down client batches into manageable work assignments, allocate tasks to the annotation team, monitor progress against deadlines, and proactively identify and escalate potential risks.

Lead the annotation team: Onboard new annotators, align the team with project standards, provide ongoing support, and ensure consistent quality in validating roof segments and running jobs.

Quality-check the work: Review all validated roofs and rendered outputs for accuracy and consistency before client delivery. Request revisions when necessary to maintain high-quality standards.

Manage the delivery pipeline: Oversee the rendering and delivery of completed jobs, ensuring clients receive their work accurately and on time. Confirm receipt and address any follow-up needs.

Report: Provide transparent and timely status updates to both clients and company leadership, detailing completed work, ongoing tasks, risks, and expected delivery dates.

Improve the process: Identify bottlenecks such as throughput delays, rework issues, or rendering/upload slowdowns, and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency over time.

Required Qualifications

Outstanding communication skills in English: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in both meetings and written correspondence. Comfortable managing client relationships as the primary point of contact.

Proven project, operations, or delivery management experience: Demonstrated success in leading teams and consistently meeting recurring deadlines.

Strong organization and attention to detail: Skilled at managing multiple moving parts simultaneously and identifying quality issues that others may overlook.

People leadership: Ability to motivate, align, and hold a team accountable without resorting to micromanagement.

Comfort with tools and data: Proficient with web-based tools, spreadsheets, and Google Drive, with the ability to quickly learn custom annotation and rendering software.

Ownership mindset: Takes full responsibility for meeting client deadlines and delivering quality results.

Willingness to work on-site in Lahore: Based at Al Hafeez Executive with some required overlap with UK working hours to accommodate client calls.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in data annotation, GIS/mapping, solar or energy sectors, or delivery/BPO operations is advantageous. Prior experience managing teams and quality assurance processes is also beneficial.
