Job Title: Client Operations Executive – Night Shift
Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
Shift Timings: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Work Mode: On-site (In-person)

We are looking for a motivated Client Operations Executive to join our team during the night shift. This role involves managing daily client operational requests, handling inbound sales inquiries, and driving job conversions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and sales skills, take ownership of client accounts, and contribute to growing the business while maintaining excellent service standards. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to daily operational job requests from clients.
- Coordinate job progress efficiently with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, prepare detailed job scopes, and close jobs effectively.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor job statuses closely, follow up on pending actions, and proactively resolve any issues.
- Ensure all client communications are accurate, timely, and professional.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, conversion, and overall performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and internal management systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and client experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- Strong expertise in client handling and relationship management.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic workload.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound decision-making under pressure.
- High level of organization and discipline in follow-up and record-keeping.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
