We are seeking a motivated Client Outreach Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on generating and managing leads across 15 regions, primarily targeting DNFBP companies such as real estate, gold, and audit firms. You will play a key part in building and maintaining accurate lead databases, conducting market research, and executing targeted outreach campaigns. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads across multiple regions with an emphasis on DNFBP sectors.
- Import, format, and organize lead data using Microsoft OneDrive.
- Maintain data integrity by cleaning records, correcting errors, removing duplicates, and validating contact details.
- Categorize leads by business type to enable focused outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research through online resources including Google, directories, and industry databases to complete or expand lead information.
- Execute email outreach campaigns and monitor engagement metrics such as opens, clicks, and responses.
- Follow up promptly with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls to introduce services, qualify interest, and address initial inquiries.
- Schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales to track lead progress and update statuses accordingly.
- Maintain detailed lead remarks and manage pipeline stages in Pipedrive.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach activities with current content and campaigns.
- Provide daily updates on leads added, calls made, and tasks completed.
- Communicate professionally in English in all written and verbal interactions with prospects and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- A/O Levels or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in sales consulting or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills in Arabic, French, or German are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
