Client Relation Expert - Medical Billing

Meds Nexus is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relation Expert specializing in Medical Billing to join our team on-site in Rawalpindi. This role operates during the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will manage relationships with our growing portfolio of U.S. healthcare partners, ensuring doctors and clinic managers receive smooth and efficient medical billing services. This position requires a proactive individual who can act as the primary advocate for clients, facilitating clear communication and timely problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for U.S. clinic leaders, addressing daily operational and billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Lead the onboarding process for new medical clinics, ensuring efficient account setup and configuration.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal billing/accounts receivable teams to expedite issue resolution and provide timely updates.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, health status, calls, and follow-ups within the central CRM system.
- Assist management in executing client retention campaigns, satisfaction surveys, and administrative coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in client services, customer success management, or medical billing support.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, suitable for professional interactions with U.S.-based healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
