Client Relations Coordinator - US Medical Billing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations Coordinator specializing in US Medical Billing to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for daily communications with US medical billing clients, ensuring smooth coordination between our practice partners and internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams. Your efforts will help maintain high client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting seamless operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily incoming communications from US clinic administrators, efficiently resolving standard billing and service-related inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding activities for new practices, ensuring a structured and welcoming transition process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all phone calls, emails, and client meetings to monitor account status and health.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to track pending client requests and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in client relations, customer support, or administrative coordination, preferably within a service-oriented or BPO environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for professional correspondence with US medical staff.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work a fixed on-site night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Candidates should be able to commute to the office located on Murree Road, Rawalpindi.
- Willingness to work during night shift hours is essential.
