Client Relations Specialist

As a Client Relations Specialist - Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored demonstrations. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to offer appropriate property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and organize site visits to enhance client understanding.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of deals by managing the sales process efficiently and professionally.
- Act as the company’s representative, delivering excellent customer service and a positive brand experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to customer service and alignment with company values.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
