Client Relations Specialist

As a Client Relations Specialist in Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth closure of deals. Acting as the company’s representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by facilitating a straightforward and seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements to offer suitable property options.
- Provide thorough briefings and demonstrations of relevant property units.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase properties and address any queries.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
