Client Relationship Agents (Fresh Graduates)

HG Markets, a corporate member of the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), is seeking Business Development Executives to join our team immediately. This full-time, office-based role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in financial markets. As a Marketing and Sales Representative, you will act as a liaison between the exchange and clients, promoting our trading facilities and providing expert guidance to market participants. This position requires a proactive approach to generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and delivering professional presentations about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads that convert into sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls to schedule meetings with potential clients and explore new business prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Present products and services in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
- Monitor international market trends by reviewing trade media and keep clients informed with timely updates and investment advice.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through in-person meetings and telephone communication.
- Ensure clients are aware of all fundamental factors that could influence product prices.
- Work independently while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Maintain a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with intermediate education and experience in sales, marketing, or call centers are also welcome.
- Degree holders in MBA, BBA, BA, BS, or B.Com are preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive fixed basic salary ranging from PKR 24,500 to 30,000.
- Attractive commission structure with average monthly earnings between PKR 50,000 to 60,000.
