Client Relationship Executive Females (Telemarketing/Financial Services)

HG Markets Pvt. Ltd. is seeking fresh graduates to join its Marketing Team as Client Relationship Executives (CRE) as part of the Graduate Development Program – Financial Markets 2026. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in financial services, marketing, and business development. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct cold calling and telemarketing to identify potential clients.
- Connect with prospective clients using approved communication methods.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Clearly explain the company’s financial products and services.
- Arrange meetings between interested clients and senior advisors.
- Meet monthly business development targets.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of financial markets and company offerings.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates only (students currently enrolled are not eligible).
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, B.Com, or related fields.
- Passionate about marketing, sales, and financial services.
- Ability to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Faisalabad before starting work.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- One-month paid training provided by the company.
- No prior experience required.
- Opportunity to learn about Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).
- Fixed monthly allowance starting from Rs. 30,000, with additional performance-based commissions and incentives, offering earning potential up to Rs. 70,000 or more.
