Client Retention Manager

We are seeking a Client Retention Manager to join our team, focusing on maintaining and strengthening client relationships for our Digital Marketing and SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate with internal teams while managing client expectations and delivering timely updates on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with teams managing Digital Marketing and SEO campaigns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and trust.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and overall engagement.
- Provide clients with accurate updates and detailed reports on campaign progress and results.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Client Retention, Customer Support, or the BPO industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with US-based companies is advantageous.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 150,000 basic, plus commissions.
- Work location is Johar Town with in-person attendance required.
- Shift timing from 6 PM to 3 AM, suitable for candidates comfortable with evening hours.
