We are seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our team full-time at our Gulberg, Lahore office. This role operates Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, aligned with UK business hours. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional and proactive point of contact for our UK clients, supporting the team with clear communication, independent problem-solving, and efficient task management. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a friendly and professional liaison for UK clients by handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing updates, and ensuring follow-ups are completed without gaps.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and courteous communication with clients via telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and completing general office tasks.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and organize business documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage data by keeping records accurate, updating databases, and ensuring information is well-organized and accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes when necessary, and follow up on action items promptly.
- Support daily operational tasks and assist team members with ongoing projects to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support team activities and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Based in Lahore or willing to relocate before the start date.
- Availability to work the specified UK hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
