Client Services Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless service delivery throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee the execution of ongoing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams including design, media, and marketing to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Manage client accounts by addressing queries promptly and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to guarantee timely completion of projects without compromising quality.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both national and multinational clients, enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exploring potential markets to support company growth and expansion.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications
