The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, pet-care business, healthcare reception, or client services environment. This role requires someone who is organized, empathetic, and comfortable working around animals, with excellent communication skills to effectively handle client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service by greeting and assisting pet owners in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and handle administrative tasks related to patient care.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle billing and payment processing with attention to detail.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both pets and clients.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations involving pets and their owners.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant professional experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, pet-care business, healthcare reception, or client services role.
- Genuine love and comfort working around animals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
