Client Services Manager

We are looking for a Client Services Manager to lead and nurture client relationships while ensuring the smooth execution of projects in events, branding, activations, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client business needs, coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors, and delivering high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations. This role demands a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, maintaining clear communication, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Analyze and interpret client briefs, translating them into clear, actionable project plans.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and quotations, while keeping clients regularly informed with project updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage ongoing client communications, address feedback promptly, and conduct follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Identify potential opportunities for account expansion and contribute to generating new business leads.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, events, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and confidently.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan, within the events, branding, and marketing industry. The role requires in-person attendance and offers a competitive monthly salary range of Rs38,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
