Key Responsibilities
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will work remotely in a full-time capacity, focusing on expert recruitment and onboarding subject matter experts for expert calls. Your role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions aligned with client needs. You will be responsible for identifying and matching clients with relevant industry experts, handling client inquiries promptly, and collaborating closely with internal teams to provide strategically aligned insights. Regular communication with stakeholders, tracking project milestones, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction are essential components of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 0 to 3 years of professional experience. Strong recruitment and headhunting skills are essential, along with project management capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Comfort with cold outreach activities, including cold emails, messages, and calls, is necessary. Prior experience in client services, consulting, or market intelligence will be considered an advantage.
