Client Support Coordinator

Meds Nexus is looking for a committed Client Support Coordinator to join our team on-site in Rawalpindi. This position operates during the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be customer-oriented and play a crucial role in improving service delivery for our growing portfolio of U.S. healthcare practices. Responsibilities include resolving complex client issues, facilitating clear communication, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with medical providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex inbound inquiries from U.S. medical providers concerning account health, claims processing, and revenue reporting.
- Lead structured client onboarding programs to ensure smooth account activation and proper workflow alignment.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal billing/accounts receivable teams to efficiently address administrative challenges.
- Maintain accurate data integrity by tracking ticket progress, updating logs, and managing account details within enterprise CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to enhance customer support protocols, boost client satisfaction, and implement retention strategies.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in customer support, client servicing, or healthcare account coordination.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, suitable for professional communication with U.S. healthcare providers.
- Proficiency in CRM software, helpdesk ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
