Client Support Executive

We are looking for a Client Services Executive to join our healthcare team based in Lahore. This on-site position requires working night shifts and focuses on managing client communications, addressing operational inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing or related areas and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications via email and phone calls
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation
- Respond to client queries promptly and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure proper follow-up actions
- Identify problems and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve them

Required Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), or Prior Authorization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in email communication and report preparation
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Professional telephone etiquette and client-handling skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work night shifts on-site in Lahore
