Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our skin and hair care clinic located in Bahadurabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business functioning and excellent client management by coordinating staff activities, maintaining service quality, and supporting overall clinic goals. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing appointments, client interactions, and operational tasks to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, ensuring all activities run efficiently.
Staff Supervision: Manage clinic staff including doctors, therapists, and receptionists, monitoring their performance, attendance, and discipline.
Client Management: Handle appointment scheduling, manage client flow, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Address and resolve client complaints professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments within the clinic to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Financial Monitoring: Track sales, payments, daily targets, and prepare clinic reports to support business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Maintain clinic cleanliness, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed to help grow the clinic’s client base.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinic, salon, beauty, or healthcare management is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate staff.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Customer Service: Proven ability to handle clients professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Personal Attributes: Presentable, organized, and confident with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of reporting and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Additional Information:
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Work Environment: This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the clinic.
