We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough psychological assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to support children and adolescents. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to improving therapeutic outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments focusing on neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and prepare clear, informative reports for families and referring professionals.
- Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents to support treatment goals.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to ensure coordinated care.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of clinical protocols and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil or PhD preferred).
- Registration with the Pakistan Psychological Association or an equivalent professional body.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
- Proven experience in conducting autism spectrum and neurodevelopmental assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English.

Compensation and Work Environment

The position offers a starting salary of Rs40,000 per month. This is an in-person role, requiring attendance at the designated work location to facilitate direct interaction with clients and the multidisciplinary team.
