Clinical Psychologist (Lahore Only)

Better Talk is a Pakistan-based online counseling and guidance platform dedicated to connecting individuals with experienced professionals for private, convenient, and meaningful conversations. Our services focus on one-to-one sessions addressing a wide range of personal and emotional challenges, including relationship and marriage concerns, breakups, career decisions, workplace issues, and other areas where expert guidance can make a difference.

We are currently seeking 3 to 5 qualified Psychologists or Counsellors to join our expanding team, working remotely or onsite on a full-time basis. This role operates on a 100% commission model, where you will provide professional counseling and support to clients referred through our platform. Better Talk handles client acquisition, allowing you to focus solely on delivering quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential one-on-one counseling sessions covering areas such as marital and relationship issues, breakups, student counseling, anxiety, emotional breakdowns, and corporate challenges.
- Assess clients’ mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support tailored to individual circumstances.
- Utilize psychological testing and standardized assessment tools to evaluate client conditions accurately.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Better Talk team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in counseling, both online and onsite.
- Proven expertise in mental health counseling, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong foundation in psychology and counseling psychology principles.
- Proficiency in psychological testing, including the selection, administration, and interpretation of standardized assessment tools.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a commission-based role without a fixed salary. Clients are charged between Rs 500 to Rs 1000 per counseling session, with psychologists receiving approximately 50-60% of the fee for each completed session. Earnings are directly linked to the number of clients and sessions handled, offering significant potential for income growth based on your availability and client engagement.
