Win-Win Solutions is seeking motivated and experienced Junior Sales Closers to join our team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This is a full-time position working night shifts, ideal for candidates who are confident, target-driven, and possess strong communication skills. The role involves engaging with customers to close sales effectively while contributing to the company’s growth in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to close sales deals efficiently.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Adapt to night shift work hours and maintain consistent performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer sales roles.
- Proficiency in spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and confidence in closing deals.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is considered an advantage.
