Cyber Soft Vantage is seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and DigitalOcean, along with proven skills in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code, networking, monitoring, security, and production infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and DigitalOcean.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep/ARM, Ansible, or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
- Configure and manage DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SSL/TLS, IP addressing, VPC/VNet, subnets, and other networking components.
- Implement infrastructure monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, and performance monitoring.
- Manage cloud security including IAM/RBAC, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and server hardening.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service recovery.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to improve deployment reliability and infrastructure performance.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks through scripting and configuration management.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and DigitalOcean — expertise in all three platforms is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing production cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and/or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Strong Linux administration skills; Windows Server experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, SSL/TLS, IP management, VPC/VNet, and subnets.
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or equivalents.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure.
- Experience in production troubleshooting, incident management, backups, disaster recovery, and high availability.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Bicep/ARM Templates.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Prometheus & Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, Vault, Trivy, SonarQube.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must have relevant professional experience; internships, academic projects, certifications, or training alone are insufficient.
- Hands-on experience across Azure, GCP, and DigitalOcean is mandatory.
- Candidates with less than 3 years of relevant professional experience will not be considered.
- This role is fully onsite in I-10/3, Islamabad.
- Practical production experience is essential; theoretical knowledge or certifications without hands-on application will not meet requirements.
