Cloud Engineer - Digital Solutions

Digineox is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team on a full-time remote basis, with working hours overlapping US business hours. In this role, you will ensure our Digital Solutions and managed services environments remain reliable, secure, and cost-effective. Your responsibilities will include solving technical challenges, automating routine tasks, and enhancing deployment and operational processes. Weekly hours and support coverage will be determined during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cloud environments, including application deployments, monitoring, and backups.
- Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, access, and deployments.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Manage configuration, access controls, cloud resource usage, and cost optimization.
- Provide support for Coupa managed services environments and integrations.
- Plan changes, coordinate dependencies, and document operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production cloud environments.
- Proficiency with deployment pipelines, scripting, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.
- Solid understanding of networking, identity and access management, and cloud security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to link technical issues to business impact.
- Reliable availability within an agreed part-time schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with SaaS applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations, particularly Coupa.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are advantageous.
- Experience in cloud cost optimization is a plus.
