Cloud Engineer - Digital Solutions

Digineox is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis with overlapping US business hours. In this role, you will ensure our Digital Solutions and managed services environments remain reliable, secure, and cost-effective. Your responsibilities will include solving technical challenges, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing deployment and operational processes. Weekly hours and support coverage will be mutually agreed upon during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cloud environments, including application deployments, monitoring, and backups. Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, access, and deployments. Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate operational tasks to improve efficiency. Manage configuration settings, access controls, and monitor cloud resource usage and costs. Provide support for Coupa managed services environments and integrations. Plan and coordinate changes, manage dependencies, and document procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing production cloud environments. Proficiency with deployment pipelines, scripting, monitoring, and infrastructure automation. Solid understanding of networking, identity and access management, and cloud security principles. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to link technical problems to business impact. Reliable availability within an agreed part-time schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with SaaS applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations, particularly Coupa, is a plus. Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are highly desirable. Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies will be beneficial. Compensation is competitive and aligned with local market standards, based on skills, experience, and assessment results.
