Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions across multiple public cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Lead the implementation of cloud technologies in line with the company’s strategic vision and technology roadmap.
- Participate in technology evaluation and reengineering efforts to support strategic planning and continuous process improvement.
- Develop and refine future cloud architectures and roadmaps, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and industry best practices.
- Manage projects aimed at expanding software-defined services and cloud offerings.
- Build and maintain automation tools to facilitate cloud adoption and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve business issues affecting cloud services, prioritizing urgency and ensuring timely resolution.
- Support initiatives to achieve high service quality, targeting “five nines” (99.999%) product availability.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization, including configuration of CPU, memory, and disk partitions.
- Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment to ensure operational stability.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of workload automation.
- Follow Change Management and Problem Management policies, with familiarity in ITIL or other formal IT operations frameworks.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience designing and managing cloud solutions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles, automation, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Proven track record leading cloud migration projects and deploying cloud-native services.
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, resource optimization, and data center operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage incident resolution effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
