We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager / Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to lead and manage our cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. This full-time, on-site position requires working six days a week with availability for on-call support during critical infrastructure emergencies. The role combines expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure operations, DevOps leadership, and FinOps, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in optimizing complex environments while balancing performance, scalability, and operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the company’s cloud infrastructure ecosystem and DevOps operations.
- Monitor and enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Analyze cloud spending, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead infrastructure modernization, migration, optimization, and performance improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and deployment standards.
- Evaluate architectural decisions and provide clear, data-driven recommendations that improve both technical outcomes and business efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to ensure infrastructure supports long-term growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience managing cloud environments across multiple platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DigitalOcean, or similar providers.
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases and managed database services.
- Proven experience operating production-grade cloud infrastructure environments.
