We are seeking an experienced Cloud, Network, and Cybersecurity Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting secure, reliable, and high-performing technology infrastructure. This full-time remote position operates during U.S. business hours and offers the opportunity to work across cloud engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, and systems administration. The role involves configuring and monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing access and authentication, supporting security operations, and contributing to infrastructure deployments and upgrades. Ideal candidates combine strong technical troubleshooting skills with a practical understanding of networking, cloud environments, systems, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain cloud environments on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance while assisting with deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes to ensure reliable and scalable environments.

- Network Engineering & Troubleshooting: Configure and support network environments, troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, routing, and other infrastructure issues. Diagnose complex problems across systems, monitor network performance, and maintain consistent connectivity across business systems.

- Cybersecurity & Security Operations: Implement and uphold security best practices, monitor systems for potential threats, support incident response and troubleshooting, identify vulnerabilities and operational risks, and collaborate with teams to enhance the organization’s security posture.

- Identity & Access Management: Manage user access, permissions, and authentication across systems. Troubleshoot related issues, maintain secure access protocols, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications as needed.

- Monitoring & Incident Response: Continuously monitor systems for performance, availability, and security issues. Investigate alerts and incidents, support troubleshooting efforts, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical issues appropriately.

- Infrastructure Automation: Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation, develop or support automation workflows to improve efficiency and consistency, and reduce manual administration.

- Documentation & Technical Operations: Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation covering infrastructure configurations, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and operational security. Support repeatable processes for deployments, incidents, and system changes.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, security, and business teams to support technical projects and infrastructure initiatives. Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders and coordinate deployments, upgrades, and operational changes.
