Cloud Platform Architect - AWS with AI

We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Platform Architect with expertise in AWS and Artificial Intelligence to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale cloud and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role demands a strong background in AWS architecture combined with advanced AI capabilities to spearhead cloud transformation projects, establish governance frameworks, and implement intelligent automation within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions utilizing AWS Bedrock and Bedrock Agent Core, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI initiatives.
- Develop Python-based automation scripts, integrations, validation frameworks, and technical assessment tools to support cloud and AI solutions.
- Architect secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud environments that comply with enterprise governance and regulatory standards.
- Drive AWS Landing Zone implementations, multi-account governance setups, and cloud platform engineering efforts.
- Conduct cloud migration assessments, formulate modernization strategies, plan execution phases, and oversee post-migration optimizations.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python.
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), security controls, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions across AWS environments.
- Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery units to define architecture roadmaps and cloud transformation strategies.

Required Qualifications

- 12 to 16 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud and AI technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock and Bedrock Agent Core for building enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python for automation, cloud engineering, and AI-driven implementations.
- Proven experience designing GenAI architectures on AWS using Bedrock, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of architecting enterprise-scale AWS cloud environments and multi-account strategies.
- Strong familiarity with AWS Landing Zone, AWS Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs, IAM, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with core AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, ELB, S3, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and GuardDuty.
- Background in AWS migration programs, including server and application migrations, as well as Migration Factory models.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Competency with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and managing production-scale AWS environments.
- Ability to deliver comprehensive architecture and design documentation, solution diagrams, and technical governance artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Specialty certifications.
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, and enterprise AI modernization initiatives.
- Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity, enterprise integrations, and cloud modernization programs.
