Cloud Solutions Architect

Grade L3 – Cloud Solutions Architect based in Lahore

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving cloud transformation initiatives across diverse enterprise sectors including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector. This role requires a trusted advisor who can engage with senior stakeholders and CxOs, understand their business challenges, and architect innovative cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions that align with strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to influence and lead presales activities and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders across multiple enterprise verticals, facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to capture detailed requirements and align solutions with business goals.

- Architect comprehensive cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions utilizing technologies such as Oracle, VMware, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, and RedHat. Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures covering compute, storage, networking, and security workloads.

- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), sizing estimates, and conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to support informed customer decision-making.

- Lead technical evaluations, competitive analysis, and objection handling during RFP and RFQ processes. Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, contributing directly to revenue growth through successful solution wins.

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to position differentiated cloud solutions and drive closure of opportunities.

- Deliver thought leadership by preparing business cases, benefit realization plans, and cloud adoption strategies. Promote innovative operational expenditure models including Managed Private Cloud, Hardware-as-a-Service, and outcome-based pricing.

- Enable partner ecosystems and customer teams through training sessions, readiness workshops, and post-sale support to ensure successful adoption and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Azure, VMware VCF, and RedHat OpenShift.

- Hands-on experience with data security, virtualization technologies, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Proven ability to design and present enterprise architectures spanning Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in performing TCO and ROI analyses, with the ability to clearly convey business value to customers.

- A successful track record of winning large deals and contributing to revenue growth in presales or solution architect roles.
