- Ensure sustained on-shelf availability and adherence to product range by establishing control mechanisms, rigorously measuring out-of-stock (OOS), minimum shelf levels (MSL), and execution compliance against targets.
- Engage regularly with merchandising, brand ambassador teams, and distributors to identify execution gaps, address operational needs, and adapt field plans to maximize commercial impact.
- Provide timely feedback on field execution, including on-shelf availability, activation performance, and competitor activity, to the CCPM and Perfect Stores Manager to support demand planning.
- Oversee the execution of promotional activities by ensuring timely deployment, monitoring compliance, and implementing corrective actions for underperforming activations to maximize sell-out impact.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment of trade tools such as Category Management (CATMAN) displays, gondolas, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across the cluster, ensuring compliance with placement timelines to enhance in-store visibility and execution.
- Design and implement capability development programs and training frameworks to sustain on-ground performance with a shopper-centric approach.
