CMH Lahore Medical College & Institute of Dentistry is inviting applications from qualified and experienced medical and academic professionals for the position of Dean on a contract basis. There are two vacancies available: one for the Institute of Dentistry and another for the School of Health Professions Education. Candidates must hold a relevant Level III qualification recognized by PM&DC and have substantial post-professor and administrative experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the respective departments (Institute of Dentistry or School of Health Professions Education).
- Oversee curriculum development, faculty management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of educational policies to enhance institutional growth.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
- Facilitate research initiatives and promote academic excellence within the department.

Required Qualifications:
- For Dean – Institute of Dentistry: BDS degree with FCPS or equivalent Level III qualification recognized by PM&DC.
- For Dean – School of Health Professions Education: MBBS degree with Level III qualification recognized by PM&DC.
- Valid PM&DC registration certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years post-professor experience accredited by PM&DC or relevant medical authority.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in senior academic or administrative roles such as Head of Department, Dean, Associate Dean, Vice Principal, or PG Program Director.
