We are currently seeking a full-time Junior WordPress Developer to join our Lahore office. This role requires working night shift hours from 7 PM to 4 AM to coordinate effectively with our US-based clients and team. The Junior WordPress Developer will support the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and page-builder-based sites. This position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career developers to gain hands-on experience working on live client projects within a fast-paced agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and customizing responsive WordPress websites and landing pages
- Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Support back-end functionality with basic PHP customizations
- Work with popular WordPress page builders such as Elementor and Divi, as well as theme frameworks
- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, and routine site maintenance
- Ensure websites are compatible across different browsers and devices
- Follow WordPress security best practices under the guidance of senior developers
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and senior developers to meet client requirements
- Contribute to internal development workflows and engage in continuous learning

Required Qualifications

- Between 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development; agency experience is advantageous
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
- Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins
- Familiarity with at least one WordPress page builder such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience/portfolio
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM) on-site in Lahore
- Strong eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a team-based agency environment
