We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with a strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading blueprints. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to use precision measurement tools such as micrometers. Familiarity with computer programs for loading CNC operations and vocational training or hands-on experience in setup and troubleshooting are highly valued. This role requires a commitment to quality and accuracy in producing precision parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery efficiently and safely according to production schedules.
- Set up CNC machines, including loading programs and adjusting machine settings for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machining processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workplace safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience operating CNC machinery.
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers.
- Basic computer skills for loading and managing CNC programs.
- Vocational training or relevant hands-on experience in CNC setup and operation is highly beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with troubleshooting and advanced machine setup is an advantage.
- Work location is in person at Hub Chowki, near Nazar Chowrangi, Baluchistan, close to Karachi.
- Compensation ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
