CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling and drilling machines to ensure efficient production. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings and G-code programming, along with the ability to perform precise quality checks. The successful applicant will contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment while minimizing downtime during operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, specifically milling and drilling equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and G-code programs accurately.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ensure continuous production flow with minimal interruptions or downtime.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.

Required Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming, whether manual or automatic, is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts if required.
- Strong attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving skills.
