CNIC Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in secure document and identity card design to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) layouts that comply with national standards and regulations. This role involves close collaboration with government representatives and stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality, precise identity card solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in an on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop CNIC layouts ensuring full compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with government officials and other stakeholders to gather detailed design specifications and understand their needs. Create prototypes and mock-ups of CNIC designs to present for stakeholder review and approval. Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create and refine CNIC graphics, layouts, and content. Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure accuracy, quality, and functionality of all CNIC designs. Stay informed about the latest design software updates and technology trends to continuously improve the CNIC design process. Provide technical support and guidance related to CNIC design to colleagues and stakeholders. Assist in documenting design specifications, workflows, and processes to maintain clear records and support future projects.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, specifically focusing on secure document or identity card design. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in key design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential. Familiarity with document security features and technologies is necessary to ensure the integrity of CNIC designs. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create precise and accurate design elements are critical. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to effectively work with government representatives and internal teams. The ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and meet tight deadlines is important for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
