Co-Founder

We are seeking a technical co-founder to join RupeeX, an innovative cross-border payments platform designed to simplify, accelerate, and enhance international payments and settlements for Pakistani businesses and service providers. Currently in the pre-launch phase, RupeeX has completed early customer validation and is actively developing the product while establishing key partnerships, building transaction infrastructure, and preparing for fundraising. This opportunity is ideal for someone who complements expertise in operations, customer success, financial services, and business development, and who is passionate about building a product and company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and product development efforts, owning the technical vision and execution.
- Build and manage technical teams in an early-stage startup environment.
- Collaborate closely on product strategy, ensuring a product-minded approach beyond just coding.
- Take genuine ownership of the technology and company, contributing to long-term growth and success.
- Work alongside the founder to shape the product, technology stack, and overall company direction.

Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background with proven experience in software engineering and product development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where roles and priorities evolve rapidly.
- Experience building or managing technical teams, with the ability to mentor and lead engineers.
- Product-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering value and user-centric solutions rather than just writing code.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership and build for the long term.
