Coffee Expert

Amalfii Cafe is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Baristas / Coffee Experts to join our team at multiple locations including Lahore (Sabzazar and MM Alam Road) and Sialkot (Agoki). This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about specialty coffee, espresso preparation, and delivering excellent café service. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, and mochas with precision and consistency.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders with professionalism and care.
- Ensure the quality, taste, presentation, and consistency of all coffee served.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adhere to food safety standards within the café.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall café experience.
- Manage coffee inventory efficiently and follow standard recipes to minimize waste.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Barista or Coffee Expert is preferred.
- Strong understanding of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment.
- A genuine passion for coffee quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary ranges from PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Accommodation is provided by the company for eligible candidates.
